1. Order Processing Time
Orders processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive confirmation with tracking once shipped.
2. Shipping Destinations
We ship to continental United States (contiguous 48 states) only. Free shipping applies exclusively to this region.
We do NOT ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- U.S. minor outlying islands
- Military bases (APO/FPO)
- Any U.S. territories outside the continental 48 states
3. Shipping Rates
Free standard shipping on all orders to the continental U.S. No additional charges at checkout.

4. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery: 10–15 calendar days from shipment. This is an estimate. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, holidays, peak seasons, carrier delays, severe weather, or other force majeure events.
5. Order Tracking
Tracking link: https://www.17track.net/en. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to become available after shipping confirmation.
6. Customs Duties & Import Taxes
All applicable customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or other fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in product price or shipping cost, vary by destination country, and are determined by local customs authorities. They are not collected by, paid to, or set by HEROBIKERS. We recommend researching potential fees before ordering. By completing a purchase, you accept full responsibility for any such charges.
7. Shipping Address Accuracy
Ensure address accuracy at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at service@care.herobikers.com. We will try to update before shipment but cannot guarantee changes after processing begins.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows delivered but not received, check with neighbors or local carrier first. If still missing, contact us within 7 calendar days of the delivery date shown, and we'll investigate.
